The solution
We built a conversational bot that works over WhatsApp, the place where people already are every day. Instead of asking someone to sit down and fill out forms, the bot talks: it asks about a memory, waits, and you answer by speaking to it, the way you’d tell something to someone you trust. It listens and puts it into writing.
It guides the story little by little, at a human pace. It understands what the person wants at each moment (to see a first draft, to add a loved one, to pick up where they left off) and handles it inside the same conversation. Because it remembers everything said, someone can share a childhood memory today and continue three weeks later without repeating a thing.
Behind it, artificial intelligence orders all that scattered material and turns it into a narrative shaped like a book.
The result
A bot able to hold a conversation that most technology would handle clumsily. It gathers what’s intimate with tact, never pushes and is there at the hour when these things come to mind, which is almost always at night.
For the business it means being able to accompany each person one by one, without a huge team behind it, and to keep the conversation open for as long as it takes.
