This policy explains how Nuhka AI Consulting LLC ("NUHKA", "we") handles the personal data of people who visit nuhkaconsulting.us or contact us. Although NUHKA is a US company, many of our clients are in the European Union, so we apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as our reference standard.

  • Data you provide: name, email, phone and the content of your message when you write to us (forms, email or WhatsApp) or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed and interaction, collected through cookies and measurement tools (see the cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • To handle your enquiry and provide the service: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in replying.
  • To send you the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To measure site usage and run advertising (analytics and pixels): your consent, requested through the cookie notice.
  • To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting): compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by providers that deliver services to us:

  • Hetzner (hosting of the website and applications; servers in the EU).
  • Hostinger (domain, DNS and email).
  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel) (CRM and contact management; USA).
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; USA).
  • Meta (Meta Pixel for advertising measurement; USA).

Some providers are in the USA, so there may be international data transfers. In those cases we rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. If you subscribed to the newsletter, until you withdraw your consent. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's configuration.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.

7. US residents

If you reside in the USA, depending on your state you may have the right to know what data we process, to request its deletion and not to have your data sold (which we do not do). You can exercise these rights at the same contact address.

8. Minors

The website is not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to the rights granted to users by the data protection rules of their country of residence.

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
