Behind Legatio’s conversation there’s an application doing the quiet work. Everything the person tells the chatbot is captured and stored in order: nothing is left behind, not an audio, not a message.
The audios are transcribed leaning on several tools at once, to gain accuracy and not depend on a single one. And the originals don’t end up just anywhere: they’re stored on a separate server, kept safe and backed up, so such personal material is always protected.
With all of that, the application builds the editorial map: it orders what the author tells, chapter by chapter, and assembles the structure of the book as the conversation moves forward. What comes in as scattered memories comes out shaped like a story.
On top, a panel for the business: which countries use it most, download and usage statistics, and the figures that really help you decide. It’s all activity data, never content: what each person shares stays private.

Legatio runs on its own and at scale: it gathers, transcribes, stores and orders without anyone having to hover over it, and from any country. The sensitive material travels safely and the business sees at a glance how it grows, without peeking at what people share.
